The most concise answer is, a wedding planner assists heavily in the making of plans, while coordinators largely execute already made plans. On the day of your wedding, no matter what services you've booked us for, we take on all of the stress, logistics, and troubleshooting. Your only task for the day is to soak in the making of beautiful memories.
We introduce ourselves to your vendors during the creation of the Master Service Schedule, approximately 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding. By the time we arrive at your event date, all vendors and staff are familiar with your coordinator, have her contact information in hand, and know to address any questions or concerns directly with her, leaving you free to enjoy your wedding day.
As this varies widely based on the services requested, we provide an expected communication timeline to each of our clients at time of booking. This details when you should expect to hear from us, when we request updates from you (via your client portal), as well as our call/text/email response availability for easy access throughout your wedding planning process.
Currently, these offerings are available solely for clients utilizing our international wedding services.
Of course! Both wedding planning service and day-of coordination clients are provided multiple avenues through which to contact us with with questions or concerns.
