1. Pre-Event:  At Soirée, we understand the importance of seamless coordination between your vendor schedules and your personal timeline. To ensure a smooth wedding day, we personally combine these schedules to create a comprehensive Master Service Schedule. Should we spot any conflicts, we communicate with you and your vendor staff in adjusting the timeline to maintain the highest standard of service for your wedding day. 
2. Arrival: Our presence begins at the designated venue access time, which will vary depending on individual location contracts. We accommodate your event without imposing any time restrictions. Our professional staff, attired in discreet black, remains on-site until the conclusion of your event*.
3. Vendor Management: We take charge of coordinating with all vendors, ensuring that every contracted item, food, and staff member is in place. In the rare instance of any discrepancy, we promptly address the issue by either rectifying it before the event or documenting it for necessary refunds.
4. Personal Inventory Management: Your precious heirlooms and special items are entrusted to our care throughout the wedding day. We diligently oversee their handling and maintenance. Should you have rented any items from our sister company, Soirée Bridal Boutique, we can facilitate their return to the boutique on your behalf, if desired.
5. Above all, we act as a buffer, handling any challenges that arise. Our goal is for all concerns to be directed to us, ensuring you are shielded from navigating unforeseen circumstances. In the event that we need to bring a matter to your attention, we always come prepared with a solution. Our role is to alleviate any stress or disruptions, providing a sense of tranquility on your special day.
