As an avid world traveler with nearly two decades of wedding and large-scale event experience, I know how stressful and full of the unexpected that both can be.  Providing expert guidance in navigating everything from traveling with your wedding gown, to streamlining communications with vendors in different time zones, to unexpected last-minute tasks, I thrive in making sure your wedding day abroad is as smooth as if it were happening in your own backyard. Day-Of + Venue Walk Through + Rehearsal Coordination: $5,600 for 2024 Events

Coordination base prices include two days on location, venue walk-through,  and rehearsal/guest welcome event coordination. Find more detailed descriptions of these offerings on our Services Menu. 

• Thinking you might need a little extra help beyond day-of coordination services in the lead up to your big day? Just let us know in your introduction and we'll include some options in your quote!

• Partial and full planning can be added via a percentage+ rate. If this is a service you're interested in, we'll walk you through what this pricing structure looks like so there are no surprises!
